Exchange Policy

The order cannot be refunded once it has been delivered and confirmed. Items purchased on SALE cannot be exchanged or refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or realize that you have ordered the wrong item, you can exchange it within a period of 15 days from the date of delivery. However, this option is subject to certain conditions that must be fulfilled in order to proceed with the exchange.
  • The product must be undamaged and unworn;
  • All tags and original packaging must be included;
  • The original receipt must be included.
  • The product is not purchased on SALE.

As our products are of a personal nature, we strive to maintain the highest standards of hygiene. Therefore, certain items cannot be exchanged for health and safety reasons. These include all accessories and lingerie sets or items that incorporate panties, such as baby dolls and bodysuits. We kindly ask that you ensure your order is appropriate before making a purchase.

Exchange Process

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the eligible item back to us. The customer has to pay charges for the courier services while sending back the item to us.
  • Once we receive the package, we will verify the eligibility of the item and proceed with the exchange process.
  • If the desired item is available in our stock, we will send a replacement item to the customer.
  • If the desired item is not available, the customer will receive a credit coupon for the amount paid, minus the courier fees.
  • This credit coupon can be used for future purchases on Dressionstore within 1 month.

Important Notice

  • Items purchased with discounts, on sale, or in clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.
  • Please review your purchase carefully before making a discounted or clearance purchase, as we will not be able to accommodate any exchanges or returns for these items.
